Monitoring with a defined scope
Choose brand terms, supported Google or Bing markets, locations and desktop or mobile. Set a schedule that fits your plan or run a fresh check.
Every check has a keyword, location, device and source. Search and Shopping are separate sources.
Ad copy and destinations in view
Inspect ad copy, advertiser domains and destination URLs from your keyword checks. Review tracking parameters where they are present in the captured link.
Follow the detail behind an unfamiliar advertiser.
Keyword results you can revisit
Open Keywords to compare observations by search engine, location and device. Review the ads in the context of each check.
Reviewing existing results uses no new checks.
Projects for separate brands and markets
Give each project its own monitoring coverage and schedule. Keep the terms and observations for a brand together.
Keep a focused view as your portfolio grows.
Keep the observation in context.
An ad capture records one search at a particular time and location. It does not establish continuous activity, the keyword an advertiser bought, their spend or a legal infringement.
Use findings to guide further review. Shared case files, legal annotations and individual team permissions are not available in this release.
Do I need to connect a data account?
No. Search data collection is part of the service. Optional Google Ads and Search Console connections open separate reports on demand. They use data from your own accounts and do not save report rows.
Does an ad prove that someone bid on my brand?
No. A search term and an advertiser's keyword are different things. An observed ad shows that the ad appeared for that search, not which keyword or targeting setting triggered it.
Is this the Google Ads Transparency Center?
Ads Lighthouse is an independent service focused on search observations. Google's Ads Transparency Center lets you look up advertisers and ads by advertiser or website name, date and location. Its records have a different scope from a captured search result.
