Brand search alerts by email

Send each finding to the person who reviews it, with a button that opens the saved ads behind the alert.

7-day free trial. Cancel anytime before it ends.

What it does

  • Alerts for a new advertiser, an advertiser observed again after at least 30 days, a brand mention in ad copy, or one of your affiliate IDs.
  • A scheduled summary, daily or weekly at the hour you choose, even when nothing changed: checks saved, new and returning advertisers, brand mentions, affiliate IDs, policy cases and the top advertisers.
  • A message that explains the finding in plain words and links to the evidence.
  • Sent to the address on the rule, or to the account owner when the rule has none.
  • A digest when one check finds more than 10 events for the rule.

Set it up

  1. Open Alerts and select Rules.
  2. Choose the project and event type.
  3. Choose Email and enter the recipient's address. Leave it empty to send to the account owner.
  4. Select Add rule.

Limits to know

  • Messages include advertiser domains and ad text, so only send alerts to people allowed to see that project.
  • An alert reports what a check observed. It is not proof of a purchased keyword, a broken rule or real impressions.
  • Product and newsletter emails are separate. Manage them in your email preferences.

Questions

Can alerts go to a shared inbox?

Yes. Use any address your team shares, as long as everyone who reads it may see that project's findings.

What happens if an email cannot be delivered?

Temporary failures are retried a limited number of times. The alert history shows whether each event was delivered, is pending or failed, with the reason.
