Change your password

1. Open Account at the bottom of the sidebar and select Security.
2. Enter your Current password and a New password. Use at least 10 characters and a password you do not use anywhere else.
3. Select Update password. You are signed out on all devices, including this one. Sign in again with the new password.

Reset a forgotten password

1. On the sign-in page, select Forgot your password?
2. Enter the email address you sign in with and select Send reset link.
3. Open the email and select Choose a new password. The link expires 60 minutes after it is sent and can be used once.
4. Enter a new password of at least 10 characters and select Save new password.

For your security, the page always says a link was sent, whether or not an account exists for that address. If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check your spam folder and that you used the right address.
