Verify or change your email address

After you sign up with an email address and password, we send a confirmation link. Accounts created with Google sign-in use the address Google has already verified. You can explore Ads Lighthouse right away, but you need a confirmed address to start a trial or a paid plan.

Confirm your address

1. Open the email and select Confirm email address. The page that opens asks you to confirm once more.
2. If the link has expired (links last 48 hours and work once) or the email did not arrive, select Resend link in the banner at the top of the app, or open Account in the sidebar and select Send confirmation link in the Email address section.
3. Check your spam folder and add [email protected] to your contacts if messages keep going missing.

Change your email address

1. Open Account in the sidebar. The Profile page opens.
2. In the Email address section, enter the new address under Change email address, add your current password and select Send confirmation link.
3. Open the link we send to the new address (it lasts 24 hours) and select Confirm new address. Your sign-in email changes only then, and every signed-in browser is signed out.
