Deleting your account removes your sign-in, your own account with its projects, keywords, saved observations and alert rules, and your memberships in other teams. This cannot be undone.
- If you own an account with a subscription, select Cancel subscription in Plans & usage first. You can delete the account once the subscription or trial has ended.
- If you started a checkout and did not finish it, finish it or wait until it expires (checkout links last 24 hours). Then choose the same plan once in Plans & usage so we can confirm it ended.
- Export any tables you want to keep. See Export tables to CSV or Excel.
- Open Account in the sidebar and go to the Delete account section at the bottom of the Profile page.
- Type your email address to confirm, enter your current password (not needed if you sign in with Google) and select Delete my account permanently.
Teammates in your account lose access to its projects. If you are a member of someone else's account, only your access is removed; the shared projects and history stay with that account.
We keep limited billing and cost records, without your email address, as the law requires. If the account used its free trial, we also keep a one-way fingerprint of your address so it cannot start another trial. Audit entries expire after 30 days. We send a final email to confirm the deletion. See the privacy policy for retention details, or email [email protected].
