Monitoring and reports
Read paid results, keywords and advertisers, filter by date and market, and export tables.
- Read the project overview
The Overview page summarizes checks, paid ads observed and the top advertiser domains for the selected project and period.
- Understand the Paid results report
Paid results lists every advertiser domain observed on your monitored keywords, with ads analyzed, keywords, visibility and segments.
- Review results by keyword
Keywords lists your monitored searches with their paid ad counts. Open a keyword to see its advertisers, ads and check history.
- Classify advertisers
Record each advertiser's relationship to your brand, such as competitor, authorized retailer or affiliate, and review its ad history.
- See when and where an advertiser appears
Advertiser history shows how often a domain appeared in your checks, when and where it appeared, when it came back, and how its ad copy changed.
- Find who advertises to a domain
Look up an advertiser domain in Google's Ads Transparency Center: the advertisers Google lists, their verified names, countries and when their ads ran.
- Monitor Shopping ads
On Growth and higher plans, Shopping shows sponsored product listings observed on your monitored keywords.
- Filter reports and choose a date range
Narrow any report by date range, search engine, device, operating system, country and location, and share the filtered view by link. Changing filters never uses checks.
- Set your time zone
Dates, times and report days follow your personal time zone. Monthly allowances always reset in UTC.
- Export tables to CSV or Excel
Every data table has an Export table menu in its upper-right corner. Exports contain the rows and columns you see.
- Download a PDF report
Generate a PDF of a project's observations for a date range and filters, ready to forward to marketing or legal colleagues.
- Send reports in your agency branding
Put your agency name, logo, color and contact details on PDF reports and evidence packs for clients, with no mention of Ads Lighthouse in the file.
- Read ad destinations, UTM tags and assets
Open an ad to inspect its landing page, UTM values, click identifiers, original URL and ad assets, and learn what they can and cannot tell you.
