Cancel or resume your subscription

Cancel from Plans & usage at any time. Monitoring continues until the end of the period or trial, and you can resume before then.

Updated

  1. Sign in as the account owner and open Plans & usage.
  2. Select Cancel subscription, or Cancel trial during a free trial.
  3. Plans & usage shows Ends soon and the date access ends. Until then, everything keeps working and you are not charged again.

Changed your mind? Select Resume subscription before the end date and billing continues as before. If you resume during a trial, the plan continues after the trial and the first payment is taken when it ends.

After the subscription ends

  • Scheduled and on-demand checks stop, and alerts stop because no new observations are saved.
  • Your projects and saved observations remain in the account, so you can review them or subscribe again later from Plans & usage.
  • We do not refund the unused part of a month. See the Terms of service for the refund policy.
  • To remove your data as well, see Delete your account.
  • How the free trial works

    New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. A card is required, nothing is charged during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends.
