- Sign in as the account owner. Only the owner can change the plan.
- Open Account at the bottom of the sidebar and select Billing. The Plans & usage page opens.
- Under the plan you want, select Switch to followed by the plan name.
- The change is sent at once. The new plan and its limits appear once the change is confirmed, usually within a minute.
How the price difference works
Plan changes apply right away. The difference for the rest of the current period is charged or credited on your next invoice, so you only pay for the capacity you had. Plans & usage shows your next charge.
Before you downgrade
A smaller plan must fit what you already monitor: projects, keywords, locations per project, schedule frequency and this month's usage. If it does not, Plans & usage lists what to reduce first, for example removing a project or choosing a less frequent schedule, and nothing changes until it fits.
You can also switch plans during a free trial; the trial end date stays the same. Changing plan never deletes saved observations. Moving to Enterprise is arranged with us: select Contact us about Enterprise or email [email protected].
