Invoices, receipts and payment methods

Manage payment and invoices opens the secure Stripe customer portal, where the account owner updates the card and downloads invoices.

Updated

  1. Sign in as the account owner and open Plans & usage.
  2. Select Manage payment and invoices. The secure Stripe portal opens.
  3. Update your card, download past invoices and receipts, or add a tax ID.

Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted pages. Ads Lighthouse never stores full card numbers.

If a payment fails

We email the account owner, and Plans & usage shows Payment past due with an Update payment method button. Checks can continue for up to 7 days while a payment is past due, then they pause until it succeeds.

Need a billing correction or have a question about an invoice? Email [email protected] from the owner's address.

  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan

    The account owner switches plans in Plans & usage. The change applies right away and the difference is prorated on the next invoice.

  • Cancel or resume your subscription

    Cancel from Plans & usage at any time. Monitoring continues until the end of the period or trial, and you can resume before then.

  • Team roles and permissions

    Accounts have one owner, plus admins and members. Learn what each role can do, and how to remove someone or leave.
