Set your time zone

Dates, times and report days follow your personal time zone. Monthly allowances always reset in UTC.

Each person chooses their own time zone. It controls how times are shown and where report days begin and end. New accounts start with Eastern Time (America/New_York).

  1. Open Account at the bottom of the sidebar.
  2. In Time zone, choose your time zone. The preview shows the current local time.
  3. Select Save time zone.

Your time zone changes how dates are displayed, not when things happen. Monthly check allowances and billing periods use UTC calendar months, so usage resets at midnight UTC on the first day of each month.

  • Filter reports and choose a date range

    Narrow any report by date range, search engine, device, operating system, country and location, and share the filtered view by link. Changing filters never uses checks.

  • Scheduled and on-demand allowances

    Plans include two monthly allowances: scheduled checks for automatic monitoring and on-demand checks for runs you start. Here is how they work.

  • Change or reset your password

    Change your password from Security settings, or request a reset link from the sign-in page if you forgot it.
