Open an advertiser from Advertisers to see its history for the period and filters you choose. Every number counts your saved monitoring checks; imported studies are not included.
Presence rate and the observation schedule
Presence rate is the checks where the domain showed at least one ad divided by all checks in the selection, for example 4 of 6 checks. It is the same calculation as visibility on Paid results. It describes your sample of searches, not impression share or spend.
The Observation schedule card shows how often the selection was checked. An advertiser can only be seen when a check runs, so hours or days without checks are not evidence that it stopped advertising.
The four views
- Overview: first and last seen, active days, presence by week and the latest saved ads.
- When: a heatmap of presence by hour and weekday in your time zone, where hours without checks show No checks, and returns after a gap. A return needs checks in between that did not show the advertiser.
- Where: presence by keyword, location, device and search engine, with the change between the first and second half of the period.
- Ad copy: each distinct headline, description and display URL, when it was first and last seen, and what changed from the previous version.
Select View ads on any row or heatmap hour to open the saved ads behind it on Paid results, with your filters kept. Ad copy changes in the sidebar lists recent copy changes across all advertisers.
First seen is when monitoring first observed an ad, not when the advertiser launched it. A copy change is not evidence of a policy issue.
