A PDF report puts a project's saved observations into one document you can forward, with the same numbers and definitions as the app.
- Open Overview or Paid results and apply the date range and filters you need.
- Select Download PDF report. The dialog starts with the page's current selection; change it if you need to.
- Select Generate report. The report is created in the background, usually within a minute.
- When the status page shows Ready to download, select Download PDF.
What the report contains
- A cover with the project, period, filters and the time it was generated in your time zone.
- An executive summary compared with the same number of days just before the period.
- Coverage and methodology: keywords, locations, devices, engines, schedule, checks that found no ads and failed check attempts.
- Trends, top advertisers with presence and share of ads, new and returning advertisers, brand mentions and affiliate findings.
- Deep dives on the most present advertisers, with their exact ad copy and destinations.
- Shopping results when Shopping is enabled, and appendices listing every keyword and every cited observation.
The report states on every page that observations are not proof of spend or infringement. An observation shows that an ad was displayed for one search at one moment. Keep that context when you share it.
Availability and limits
- PDF reports are included in every plan.
- Requesting the same project, dates and filters again returns the report you already have while it is available.
- Each account can generate up to 20 new reports per day (UTC).
- Reports are kept for 7 days, then the file is deleted. You can request the same selection again at any time.
- Everyone in the account can see and download the account's reports. A download link from an AI assistant works for 15 minutes.
You can also create and download reports with the API or ask a connected AI assistant for one.
